Making a purchase is easy. Shop by browsing through the "shop by" options where you can select from style, colour, price, new additions or offers and promotions. Alternatively, simply click onto one of the product category images on the homepage - for example office. This will display our top six suggested items in that category. You can continue to view the entire category by simply clicking on "view full range" at the bottom of the page.
Once you have found a product, simply click on the image to access the product page, where you will be given product information such as size, material and price. In addition, there will be further images of the product to appreciate the detailing and colourways available.
At this stage, we may also suggest other products that we think may be of interest to you, based on our customer feedback. You are of course under no obligation to buy.
Should you wish, at this stage you have the facility to add the product to your favourites. Simply click on the "add to favourites" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the log in page, where it will be necessary to log in using your email and password before you can use the favourites section. If you have not registered, you will need to do this in order to create a log in account.
The products selected will stay in the "my favourites" section and will be available to view quickly the next time you visit the site. Please see favourites in the FAQs section for more details.
If you wish to purchase the product, add the item to your shopping basket by clicking on the “add to basket” button, which places your selection into the shopping basket ready for you to complete your order.
Please note that should you wish to use the gift wrapping service, you will need to tick the option box and complete the details prior to clicking the "add to basket" option.
Please also remember that whilst the item is in your shopping basket, it is not reserved and can still be bought by another customer whilst you are still browsing.
Once in the shopping basket, you will see your product selection, including a brief description, product image, and gift option details (if selected). It will also give a cost breakdown.
At this stage it is possible to change the quantity ordered or delete the item from your shopping basket.
Select the "continue shopping" button at the bottom of the page to search for more products or to complete the purchase click the "proceed to checkout" button.
If you have not already done so, you will be asked to log in by providing your email address and password. If you have not registered with us, you will need to register in order to process your order.
The first stage will take you through the billing address information. You will also be asked to enter the delivery address, which can be different to the billing address. This is useful if you prefer your items to be delivered to a neighbour or place of work, or alternatively if you are sending the item as a gift.
The next stage will provide an option to enter a promotional or gift voucher code if relevant. Otherwise simply click on the "continue" button.
You will now be given a brief summary of your order, with an option to amend. If the order details are correct, click on the "confirm" button.
The next stage provides order confirmation including billing and delivery address. At this stage you are able to alter any of these details. If the details are correct, click on "continue with order" button. This takes you to a further page where you will be asked to click on the "buy this" button which then takes you to a secure ePayments site where you will be asked to enter your cedit card details. Once entered, press the "continue" button. This will bring up your billing adress details and ask you to continue, which will then activate payment from your account. Once verified, you will receive confirmation of your order transaction with a unique order number. Please print this off and retain as this acts as your receipt.
How to Pay
You can pay for your order online using Visa Credit; MasterCard; Visa Debit; Visa Electron; Switch; Maestro, Solo, American Express and JCB.
Once you’ve entered all the billing, delivery and order information in the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. Once this is done and you click the “continue” button, your card will be debited.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.
Gift Items
You can arrange to send an ordered item as a gift. At the ordering process you will be asked to indicate the delivery address, please use this for the gift item delivery address.
Please note that the invoice for the goods will be sent to the billing address.
Gift Wrapping Service
You can also select our gift wrapping service by ticking the gift wrapping option box when first viewing the product page. Please note that this must be selected prior to adding the item to your shopping basket. You will be asked to enter the recipients name and also to type a personalised message to appear on the gift card. Please note this is restricted to 25 words.
The item will be sent in tissue and wrapping paper with matching ribbon.
If you would prefer to give the gift yourself, you can still select the gift wrapping service and we will include a blank gift card for you to complete yourself.
This service is an optional extra and is charged at £3.95 per item.
We are currently only able to offer this service to deliveries made in the UK, due to customs restrictions.
Please note that in the unlikely event of a return gift items, we are unable to refund the gift wrapping charge.
Gift Vouchers
We supply gift vouchers which can also be sent to an alternative address. The vouchers range from £10 to £150 and are sent by first class post.
The voucher clearly states the value.
The recipient will be able to use the unique code on the gift voucher as part or full payment for items ordered from the site.
Refund or credit vouchers can not be given for any balance outstanding.
Please note that gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
To order gift vouchers, simply click onto the “gift voucher” button on the left hand side navigation bar on the homepage and follow the ordering procedure. Your credit/debit card will be charged in the same way as purchasing a product.
