All prices shown on our website exclude Postage and Packaging costs. We always try to find the best value courier service to ensure that our goods are delivered quickly and securely. Please note that costs may vary dependent upon the weight or size of the item and any changes in costs from our courier/postal suppliers. You will be notified of the cost at the time of order.
We will deliver to all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the British Isles and Eire. The delivery times may however vary.
Overseas Shipping
We are able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, but will provide delivery costs and timescales by email to you prior to processing your order. In such cases you will be liable for any taxes, duties or additional costs incurred in shipping goods to you.
Delivery Time
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. We aim to despatch all goods within 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation (Monday – Friday).
Delivery will be by courier or registered mail between 8 am and 6pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Please ensure that you provide us with a delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for your parcel.
In the event that there isn’t anyone available when the courier calls, they will leave a card giving details of how to rearrange delivery or collection.
Leapfrog Leisure & Promotions Limited does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
As soon as you have received your order acceptance, you assume all risk in the goods upon delivery of the goods.
Delivery to multiple addresses
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the delivery address for your order. This can be different to the billing address. Should you wish to make purchases to send to several different locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address you wish to send to.
Packaging of Goods
All orders will be despatched in secure cartons. If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, you will have the option to select our gift wrapping service during the order processing.
Package Insurance
All merchandise in transit from Handbagsfromitaly.co.uk to the delivery address is insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the specified address and signed for, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.
Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the goods and you will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us by email immediately (see Returns Policy).
Gift Items
You can arrange to send an ordered item as a gift. Please indicate the delivery address for this.
Please note that the invoice for the goods will be sent to the billing address.
Gift Wrapping Service
During the ordering process, you will have the option to select our gift wrapping service by ticking the appropriate box. This will enable you to supply a gift card with the item and you can type in the message for the gift card.
The message should be no more than 25 words long.
The items will be sent in tissue and wrapping paper with matching ribbon.
If you would prefer to give the gift yourself, you can still select the gift wrapping service and we will include a blank gift card for you to complete yourself.
This service is an optional extra and is charged at £3.95 per item.
Please note that if the gift item is subsequently returned, we are unable to refund this charge.
We are currently only able to offer this service to deliveries made in the UK, due to customs restrictions.
