Some of the world's greatest fashion designers originate from Italy. In fact, Italy is renowned for leading the way in art, design and fashion. Many of Europe's top fashion designers have spent time studying in the fashion capital of Milan and visiting the Milan catwalks.
Italy produces some of the most fabulous styles and designs for handbags and fashion accessories, with names such as Armani, Gucci, Prada and Versace to name just a few. Unfortunately their products have fabulous price tags too!
A few years ago, handbags came into their own as the essential fashion accessory (and have stayed that way!). Key celebrities were featured in every women's magazine and fashion supplement, almost daily, wearing the latest designer "IT" bag. Like many UK women, we love handbags and aspired to own these bags, but unfortunately, couldn't afford the extortionate prices, nor did we want to purchase one of the many replicas that began to flood the market at this time.
As a result, two years ago, Handbags From Italy was established, initially to provide the UK consumer with alternative Italian handbags of style, quality and good design, but at affordable prices!
After a lot of hard work and research, we found Italian designers and manufacturers who met our brief. All our stunning bags are designed and made in Italy by long-established, well respected manufacturers, using highly skilled craftsmen and the very best quality leather and materials. Each bag also carryies a tag of authenticity.
Key Italian Designs
We are the UK's number one supplier of Carbotti handbags. In addition, we have a select range from the Italian brand Arcadia and a fantastic selection from the newly launched Italian brand - Ferromoda - from Lisa Coll.
We have also recently introduced a selection of the finest handbags and accessories from the Puntotres collection.
We continue to work closely with our suppliers, handpicking every item, paying particular attention to detail, quality and choice of materials, finishing and design. Due to this, we are able to pass on substantial savings to our customers.
Our extensive bag range has something for everyone. We offer lots of designs, from classic Italian chic through to high fashion and everything in between! Styles include clutch, shoulder bags, tote, hobo, ruck sack and evening bags! In all shapes and sizes. Our colour selections always include the latest schemes for the forthcoming season.
Our business policy is to deliberately stock limited quantities. This means that with every purchase made, you have an element of exclusivity and individuality.
This also means that our site is constantly changing as we regularly introduce new designs and styles.
